WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?

From the time the order is shipped, the average delivery times are as follows:

  • 2 to 5 working days by Colissimo standard for France
  • 5 to 10 working days by Colissimo International for abroad.

For all orders made outside France, delivery times may be slightly modified depending on their destination.

WHICH DELIVERER DO YOU USE?

The company ROUROU ET LULI uses the services of La Poste Colissimo, for mainland France and Colissimo International for shipments abroad.

HOW TO USE MY TRACKING NUMBER

You will be able to track your order with the dedicated tracking number, which will have been sent to you by SMS or e-mail beforehand, by accessing directly via the La Poste website: www.laposte.fr .

DOES ROUROU ET LULI DELIVERY WORLDWIDE?

Absolutely. We deliver all over the world!

DO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?

You will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due on or after delivery.

Please note that the ROUROU ET LULI company has no control over customs duties, taxes and duties levied by the country to which your order is shipped.

We cannot advise you on the cost, please contact your local customs office for more information if you are unsure of the charges.

WHAT PRICE FOR SHIPPING?

For France and abroad, shipping costs include handling, packaging and shipping costs, these may vary depending on the weight, volume and number of items.

ARE SHIPPING COSTS FREE?

Yes, but only from a certain amount:

  • €85.00 order, shipping costs are free in mainland France
  • 185.00 € of order shipping costs are free in the EU zone including Switzerland and the United Kingdom and the French Overseas Territories.
  • 285.00 € of order shipping costs are free abroad.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days!
Items must be in original condition with return labels.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the requirements of the terms and conditions of sale.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A RETURN?

The shipping costs incurred for the return are your responsibility, we do not cover them or reimburse them.

RETURN, WHICH SENDING METHOD TO CHOOSE?

We leave it to you to choose your carrier for yourself.

Make sure that the package reaches our premises directly and not at a Relay Point, in which case your return unfortunately cannot be processed.

Shipping costs are your responsibility and we will ask you to send us the tracking number by email: rouroululi@gmail.com.

We advise you to keep proof of parcel delivery provided by your carrier. In the absence of this, no refund can be made if there is a loss of package.

HOW LONG WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Upon receipt of the goods at our premises and after confirmation of the condition of the product(s), we will reimburse the invoiced amount (less shipping costs) to the account used to pay for the order under a 30 day deadline.
